Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. As such, all Bestcase™ products carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed.

All warranties are in effect from the original date of purchase. 

Warranties are extended to the original purchaser and are nontransferable. To process a warranty claim, the original invoice and proper documentation will be required. This clear process ensures that customers are prepared when making a warranty claim. 

As each claim may be different, the manufacturer will decide whether to repair, replace, or offer a full refund with fewer freight fees. 

All products are designed for the specific uses for which they are intended. Any unsanctioned use, modification to the manufacture, or modification of the finish will automatically void any existing warranties. 

It's important to note that warranties will be null and void in cases of neglect, misuse, or intentional destructive use of our products. This clear explanation sets boundaries and helps them understand the warranty's limitations for the customer.

Finish: Raw satin waxed aluminum. This is the material's natural state, so surface variation, discoloration, or minor scratches may be present.
